Congratulations Stacie Klima – Best CCBC Research Paper of the Year Awardee for 2025

TALES commends Stacie Klima (Community College of Baltimore County Clinical Coordinator of Respiratory Care Therapy) for receiving the “Best CCBC Research Paper” of 2025. The award was given by CCBC’s Teaching Learning Roundtable at the 2026 TLR Fair on January 14th. Her winning paper, Improving Faculty Knowledge of Affirmative and Inclusive Health Care: An Applied Improvement Project, was published in TALES’ fifth issue. Her research investigated the effectiveness of a workshop to improve knowledge about gender identity and affirming practices in healthcare.
