Congratulations Tim Faith & Glenda Breaux – Best CCBC Research Paper of the Year Awardees

TALES commends Tim Faith (CCBC Associate Professor of Legal Studies) and Glenda Breaux (CCBC Senior Director of Planning, Research, and Evaluation) for receiving the inaugural “Best CCBC Research Paper” for 2023. The award was given by CCBC’s Teaching Learning Roundtable at the 2024 TLR Fair on January 17^th. Their winning paper, Open Educational Resources and Educational Outcomes at a Community College, was published in TALES’ third issue. This insightful paper compares student success rates in courses with open educational resources versus traditional publisher textbooks in 9 highly enrolled courses at CCBC.
